Anna Silk is a Canadian actor who was born on January 31, 1974. Her most well-known role is as Bo from the Showcase television series Lost Girl. Silk is a character from Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk, a professor and Peter Silk, who was a well-known actor, director as well as a playwright, producer, educator, and Director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her mom watching at work and attending practice sessions for plays. Silk's portrayal of Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as lovers who are identical on Lost Girl was named one of the all-time Top Television Couples from CNN (Cable News Network) and declared Top TV Couple in the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. As a result of the show's popularity, Silk has gained a large presence on social media.
